Thank you for shopping with us! At Nick and Jones Australia, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer the following Refund and Return Policy for your convenience.


Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as underwear, swimwear, or socks unless they are defective or faulty.

How to Return an Item

  • To return an item, please contact our customer service team at Support@nickandjones.com.au or request a return authorization.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with a return address and any further instructions.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the wrong item was sent.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • We may request images of the damage or defect to process the return or exchange efficiently.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except for cases where the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We currently only offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.

Sale and Discounted Items

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount can be returned or exchanged, provided they meet the standard return conditions.

Non-returnable Items

  • Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are non-returnable:

    • Underwear and swimwear (if unsealed or worn)

    • Personalized or custom-made products

    • Gift cards
